- remove not working skills (Charge of Darkness, Nature Order, Black Hole)

I want to make final stable 1.04 with no bugs or glitches. After stable version comes, I will make 1.05 Public Beta with Pick Abilities mode and new Abilities Draft system. I just want to see how people will get this chaotic pick style. If there will be too much whining, I will think how make it better, else I will finally make 1.05 with skills and aghanim's rewriting. Then I will do some announcement.

Give me all bugs here. Than earlier I will know all bugs, than earlier stable 1.04 will come.
If you have some not global suggestions for 1.05, put them here. I don't post here too much, but I promise that I always read every post there.
